EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE: IF THIS IS AN EMERGENCY AND YOU NEED IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE PLEASE DIAL 9-1-1

This complaint form is not designed for issues requiring immediate assistance. Please use the following numbers for more specific needs.

Non-Emergency Response: If you need a police officer response to a non-emergency incident (such as a noise complaint for loud music), please call (509) 628-0333, 24 hours a day.

Police Inquiries: For general police inquiries (records, etc.) please call (509) 545-3421 during regular business hours (8am – 5pm, M-F).

Water, Sewer, or Street Dept. Emergencies: For an emergency during business hours (7:00am to 3:30pm) please call (509) 545-3463. If this is an after hours emergency, please call (509) 545-2737.

Blowing Dust: For immediate investigation of a blowing dust problem during business hours (8am – 5pm, M-F) please call (509) 543-5743; to report blowing dust after hours call (509) 528-4142.

Complaints: Enter a brief description of the alleged violation or complaint and provide the address of the property you are concerned about if an address is applicable. Incomplete descriptions will slow or prevent proper follow-up. Also, anonymous complaints will prevent follow-up. If you know all or part of the address, please enter it below and press the SEARCH button (typing an address without hitting Search will erase the address upon submitting the issue).

NOTE: When submitting a complaint about a barking dog a 'Barking Dog Log' MUST be faxed, mailed or emailed to our office. A log can be obtained at here.
