The City of Pasco is expanding our online services! Our goal is to have all building permit applications and right-of-way applications available on the Permit Portal by Mid-2026.
Coming Soon! Anticipated by the end of January 2026, all types of payments (including credit card and E-check options) for Building Permits, Land Use Permits and Civil Permits can be made on our Permit Portal, to save you the trip to city hall. For now, checks are still accepted by mail or at City Hall.

CREATING A PUBLIC ACCOUNT - Instructions
Public accounts are for applicants and homeowners to apply and track applications.
CONTRACTOR ACCOUNTS.
Contractors are required to have a Contractors Account. Please email your name, address, phone, email and Contractor’s License number to PermitTech@Pascowa.gov, and request to have a contractor’s account set up.
REQUEST INSPECTIONS - Instructions
Inspection requests may be submitted via the Permit Portal. Online Inspection Requests are to be submitted no later than midnight the previous day, in order to be scheduled for the next business day.
Inspections requested on the telephone request line must be requested the previous business day before 4 p.m. without exception.
Commercial FINAL inspections require two business day advance notice.
