2133 ResolutionRESOLUTION NO. cD 1.93 A RESOLUTION approving the loan of the sum of three million eight hundred two thousand seven hundred seventy-nine dollars from the State of Washington, Department of Ecology for waste water facility improvements WHEREAS, pursuant to its authority under RCW Chapter 90 50A, the State of Washington, Department of Ecology has offered to loan the City the sum of three million eight hundred two thousand seven hundred seventy- nine dollars to help finance the City of Pasco Waste Water Facilities Improvements Project, and WHEREAS, the City of Pasco has the authority to enter into a loan agreement with the State of Washington, Department of Ecology for such purposes and desires to borrow said funds at the interest rate offered, and WHEREAS, the Pasco City Council has upon the advice of its staff determined that said loan is in the best interests of the City and the terms and conditions for said loan as set forth in the attached loan agreement are acceptable to the City, now, therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: 1.
